One year of following the data instead of the slogans
Since my dagpenge runs out in the spring, I will be reducing the frequency of these posts while I have my final slutspurt of jobseeking.
I started this Substack in spring of 2025. I had been publishing original data analysis articles on LinkedIn, I brought it over here so it is all in one place and you don’t have to rely on the caprices of the algorithm.
This year, I kept returning to a small set of questions, especially around:

Recruitment and Retention
Gender Inequality
Democracy
I was surprised about how much I could find out just by looking, and then even more surprised that no one was talking about it.
This publication is growing and I want to thank all my subscribers for their engagement and interest.
In the new year, I will be writing less frequently but looking more deeply into how Denmark has changed and continues to change.
